Who We Are
This site is operated by REDfish Developments, Inc. for Side By Side Recreational Storage | Living Facilities®, 350 Shaver Rd, Aransas Pass, Texas 78336. “We” and “us” in this policy mean REDfish Developments, Inc..
Information You Give Us
When you send an inquiry, request a tour or request a reservation, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email address and phone number, and, depending on the form, the unit you are interested in, your preferred tour day and time, your city, your buying timeframe, your financing plans and any message you write.
We use this only to answer your questions, arrange tours and follow up about a purchase. Your request is delivered to our sales team by email, and we send you a confirmation email. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.
Information Collected Automatically
Vercel Analytics. Our host, Vercel, counts page views and completed form requests in aggregate: the pages visited, the referring site, and general device, browser, operating system and country information. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you. See Vercel’s analytics privacy policy.
Microsoft Clarity. We use Clarity to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. Clarity uses cookies and similar technology to record how you interact with pages, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, which can be replayed as a session recording and summarized as heatmaps. It also collects device, browser and general location information. Text you type into form fields is masked and is not recorded. Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Learn more about the cookies Clarity uses.
Your Choices
Choose “Opt out” on the notice shown on your first visit to stop Clarity and keep it off on later visits in that browser. You can change your choice here at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Service Providers
We share information only with the providers that run this site: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Microsoft (Clarity) and Resend (email delivery for form requests). They process it on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your Rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email info@sidebysideliving.com and we will respond within 45 days.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
