The Garage Is the Product

This is a garage condo, built for boats but accommodates cars, RVs, company equipment or any favorite toy. You are buying a private, climate-controlled garage for the boat, on a gated site. The finished suite comes with it: a place to shower, sleep and eat so a weekend at the coast does not require a hotel. The garage is what you are buying. The suite is what makes it work.

Common Questions

What Buyers Ask First

Fit, climate and cost. The three that decide whether a garage works for your setup.

Will my boat fit through the door?

The door opening is 13 feet wide by 14 feet high, and the garage runs 16 feet wide by 40 feet long. That suits most center consoles and towers on a trailer.

Is it climate controlled, or just insulated?

Both. The garage is fully insulated and runs on a mini split, which comes with a remote. Set the temperature you want and it shuts off on its own once it gets there. Electronics, upholstery and tackle sit in conditioned air instead of Gulf Coast heat.

What does it cost to own beyond the price?

Garages run $519,400 to $529,900 depending on the unit's features. After that, owners pay HOA fees of $400 a month, and their own unit's insurance, electric and internet. The HOA covers the shared site: water well and septic (no separate water or sewer bill), building insurance, security, landscaping, trash and upkeep.
