A SIDE BY SIDE® Base Camp is designed around the boat, not around a traditional residential floor plan. Each unit pairs an oversized 16' × 40' climate controlled garage with a fully finished two bedroom living suite. Instead of keeping your boat somewhere else and finding a separate place to stay, your boat, gear and living space are together in one private coastal base camp.
How does ownership work?
Like any condo: your garage and suite are yours. Units start at $519,400. HOA is $400 a month and covers water, septic, building insurance, security, landscaping and trash. Owners pay their own unit's insurance, electric and internet.
Why do the prices differ between units?
Features, not position. Base Camp 1 includes an epoxy garage floor and all appliances. Base Camp 2 includes all appliances and can add the epoxy floor. On Base Camps 3–6, both are available as upgrades. Every unit is the same 16' × 40' climate-controlled garage on the same gated site.
